This review is a little long, but please bear with me. I ordered some tests from HIbernia at a time when my mum and son had Covid, I was testing negative, we had an upcoming wedding, Paddy's day about to land.. I chose them because the website said they try to deliver next day if ordering before midday. The delivery day came and went and the tests didn't arrive - I went to my invoice and saw a notice on there that said they were experiencing delays. I was really frustrated, as it was hard for us to get tests in shops at the time, and I sent an email saying so. What happened next is what's notable. Every company has challenges/issues/makes mistakes, but it's so rare that when that happens they even bother to answer your emails or follow up with you. Hibernia were back to me within hours, and one of their directors came to my house with the tests (and more) as well as additional things like medical masks that we actually really need at the moment. I can't thank them enough. I run a business myself - I know it's not possible to always get everything right, but to respond like this when something goes wrong is exceptional. Thank you so much.
