Kinesiological taping was developed in Japan in the early 70s. Using the elastic tape and the correct method of application, pain can be effectively treated without restricting movement.
This method of taping uses and stimulates the bodys own healing process on the muscles, joints, lymph-nodes or nerves which are taped.
