2 Preparation  Immerse in warm water, remove, lightly squeeze out excess water and apply.
3 Application
After preparing the area with cotton wool, crepe paper and a tubular bandage, wrap the slightly stretched mcast F tape around the dressing.
4 Shaping
Moulding the tape into place causes all layers of the dressing to bond and form a stable cast, which can withstand weight after 30 minutes of application.
